Higher-timeframe structure remains upward while the intermediate auction continues to grind lower, leaving a two-sided auction between established composite distributions.

ESZ6 weekly contextual analysis for September 14–18, 2026 with the immutable higher-timeframe composite volume chart and conditional auction framework.

A two-sided auction inside a larger upward structure

The higher-timeframe auction remains upward, but the intermediate sequence has continued to grind lower. That tension defined the week: rallies repeatedly attracted responsive selling, while lower probes initiated responsive buying. The result was movement without sustained acceptance at either extreme.

The consolidated daily profiles show the market continuing to auction between two established higher-timeframe composite distributions. The developing micro-composite between them remains uneven, with lower-volume pockets gradually receiving additional business. This is not yet a clean directional resolution. It is an auction testing whether the intermediate decline can force acceptance into the lower distribution or whether the higher-timeframe trend can reassert itself through the upper one.

Fair value concentrated near the center

The central reference is the stacked multi-range VPOC cluster. The 5-day and Weekly VPOCs sit at 7708.75, the 10-day and Monthly VPOCs at 7711.75, and Friday’s session VPOC at 7712.50. These are distinct references compressed into a narrow area, showing agreement across several measurement windows.

That concentration is the current fair-value center. Rotation through it should be treated differently from acceptance away from it. Repeated crossings inside the cluster reflect balance; sustained trade outside the surrounding composite structure would provide stronger evidence of directional continuation.

Wednesday established the lower decision structure

Wednesday’s double-distribution session created the clearest lower line in the sand. Its 7622.50 session VPOC has acted as support, with potential sell-side liquidity resting beneath the session structure. The more immediate lower composite HVN is 7657.75, which should be assessed before assuming a direct traverse to Wednesday’s pivot.

If sellers gain acceptance beneath 7657.75 and then establish value below 7622.50, then Wednesday’s lower distribution is failing as support. That would expose Wednesday’s 7575.25 low, followed by the 7563.75 composite HVN.

If not, rejection of lower prices followed by a sustained reclaim of 7657.75 favors rotation back toward the 7708.75–7712.50 fair-value cluster.

The upper distribution requires acceptance, not a brief probe

The September 11 RTH nVPOC remains open at 7736.75. Above it, the market enters a dense confluence from 7755.25–7764.00: the upper composite HVN is near 7755.25, the 20-day VPOC is 7757.75, and the September 9 nVPOC is 7764.00. The northern LVN boundary of that distribution begins near 7775.00.

If buyers establish acceptance above 7736.75, then the 7755.25–7764.00 confluence becomes the next decision region. Sustained trade through it would shift focus to the northern composite LVN near 7775.00 and strengthen the case that the higher-timeframe upward auction is reasserting control.

If not, rejection from the upper references followed by a loss of 7712.50–7708.75 returns the auction through the micro-composite toward 7657.75.

Auction condition for the week ahead

Daily balance remains confirmed. Weekly one-time-framing down remains developing and terminates at 7785.50, while monthly balance remains developing. The higher-timeframe structure still favors the upside, but the intermediate decline has not been repaired.

The coming week is defined by acceptance outside the central range. Above 7736.75, buyers begin the test of the upper distribution. Below 7657.75, sellers begin the test of Wednesday’s support structure. Between those prices, the stacked 7708.75–7712.50 VPOC cluster remains the auction’s primary fair-value reference.
