ETH completed the prior-session downside path

The October 6 plan identified 7886.00 as the prior-session potential LAAF, 7872.00 as the prior-session VAL and potential LBAF, and 7847.50 as the prior-session Siege Control Line.

ETH lost the published 7872.00 LBAF, traded through the 7860.25 daily OTFU low, repaired Tuesday’s 7854.50 single print and filled the RTH gap to the published 7847.50 Siege Control Line. Because those tests occurred outside RTH, the references remain open within the RTH-only framework.

RTH rejected the southern composite boundary

RTH opened at 7837.50 inside the 7834.00–7843.00 high-volume region of the composite distribution directly beneath Tuesday’s upper distribution. Responsive selling initially controlled the opening auction and reached 7815.75, the southern composite LVN. Sellers could not establish acceptance below that boundary.

Buyers mean-reverted through the 7837.50 RTH open, reclaimed the prior-session 7847.50 Siege Control Line and extended beyond IBH. RTH traded beyond both IBL and IBH, then closed above the initial-balance range, confirming a neutral-extreme up day.

The recovery finished at the northern distribution seam

Volume accumulated near the 7853.00 RTH VPOC before price reached the 7859.50 RTH high. That high sits at the northern edge of Wednesday’s distribution and beside the composite LVN separating it from Tuesday’s higher distribution.

The potential LAAF, potential LBAF and Siege Control Line shown on the completed October 7 chart were calculated after Wednesday’s RTH close. They did not exist during Wednesday’s auction and are used only as forward references for the next session.

Next-session decision area: 7858.75–7859.50

The newly calculated 7858.75 potential LAAF and Siege Control Line align with the composite LVN separator. Wednesday’s 7859.50 RTH high completes the decision area.

Upside requires transfer into Tuesday’s higher distribution

If buyers establish acceptance above 7859.50 during the next RTH session, the auction transfers into Tuesday’s higher distribution. The first structural test is the October 6 nVPOC at 7874.50, followed by Tuesday’s 7897.50 RTH high and the 7900.00 round-number reference.

If the distribution seam rejects, rotation back through 7843.00–7834.00 would remain consistent with Wednesday’s composite-value structure.

Downside returns through Wednesday’s composite value

If sellers establish acceptance below 7834.00, the auction reopens the high-volume center of Wednesday’s composite distribution. That exposes the 7824.00 monthly, weekly and five-day VPOC cluster, followed by the newly calculated 7818.00 potential LBAF and Wednesday’s 7815.75 RTH low/composite LVN.

Acceptance below that southern seam opens the 7800.00 higher-time-frame price check. Rejection there would preserve Wednesday’s recovery and return focus to the 7858.75–7859.50 northern decision area.
